An intended response is can also be called “the call to action”.

Intended Response is what the audience is to do when they get your message. The message should lead them towards the action that you want them to take. In marketing speak this is also called the "Call to Action". The action should be as clear and straightforward as possible, in as clear of a statement as possible: Tell them exactly what you want them to do.
