December 24, 2011Almost 2012. I hope the Mayans are wrong, because even though we saw and did so much this year, there is so much more to do and see. Just one more year wouldn’t be enough.
Anna is gainfully employed by a couple of London museums and recently she and her colleague designed and created an exhibit at the Royal Veterinary College. Her Royal Highness Princess Anne opened The Royal Veterinary College's new Teaching and Research Centre where the exhibit is now on permanent display. Eva is in her Senior year at TCNJ. She has a whole string of part time jobs doing work close to her major - Graphic Arts. She spent this summer at Toys R Us working on catalog related projects. If you are getting flyers from Toys R Us, it's partially her summer work you are looking at. Eva has a website now and is getting ready to get more involved in a professional work. She is going to spend next semester doing an internship with a graphic design company. She has also completed a film for her class.
We were there during the early part of September, so we missed the crowds at the beaches and at Yosemite, which was truly beautiful. We did some hiking and had a great time with never a rainy day. You can see all the pictures here.
We are lucky to have great kids, good jobs and good health. With all the uncertainty in the world, it is great to be with family. We hope that all of you can share in a good fortune and will have a joyous and prosperous New Year!
