We drove
out of Winslow and back into Navajo land. We stopped in
Homolovi State Park where there were ancient Hopi Ruins. We were
heading north towards Canyon de Chelly
Here you can drive for miles and miles on a two lane
highway and see nothing. No people and no real change in scenery.
It is all very different and interesting.
This is the Mexican Hat in Utah with
Anna in the foreground. It isn't on the way to Canyon de Chelly, but
it sure is an interesting formation.
