What is the Message?

What are you trying to say to this group?  What exactly are you trying to convey to them?  You need to be very specific about the exact scope of your information.  If it is too vague or too broad, it is very difficult to build a good web site.

A good test of a message is the "elevator theory."  The idea is that you get into an elevator with a friend and you have the length of the trip to tell them what you are doing.  You have no idea if your friend is getting off at the next floor or if he is getting off at the same floor as you.   You have to quickly explain the idea and then slowly expand on the definition if time allows.

If you can not answer this in one sentence then you are in big trouble.
